PROGRAMME
In the RDM Group, we approach training as a strategic tool for achieving greater effectiveness and developing our work force. We use a homogeneous training model with centralised management to create value for the company through the professional development of people. For that reason, every year the Human Resources department performs a study of training needs and creates a training plan addressing the requests for training by employees.
The RDM Group also maintains close relationships with several universities to give students a chance to get acquainted with the realities of the professional world. This is one of the ways the RDM Group collaborates with a number of public and private institutions.
FOR STUDENTS
The RDM Group's human resources policy is based primarily in internal development, which is why recruiting students in the final years of their degree programmes into the annual grant plan is one of its primary goals. More than 50 students have benefited from this programme in recent years.
